WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION. 

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS.


1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. After processing then its an additional 2-4 days for delivery. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 1-2 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 2-4 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday

Returns

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair. 

You must contact us first before refunding your package during Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Hair Extensions or wigs must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and you will be responsible for return costs.

Booking Policy

-Deposit will NOT be refunded unless, I CANCEL you.

-COME WITH HAIR CLEAN,DRY,BLOWED OUT or you will be cancelled and not refunded . Due to me having an option where you can pay for blowout. or you can come already braided. but i will not braid dirty or wet tangled hair. 

-do not bring your wig wet or dirty as their will be a extra charge for heavy blow drying or cleaning day of. it makes me behind or have to rush. if your wig needs cleaning or bleached bring it 1-2 days before. bleaching knots is free, cleaning is $15

- do not come more than 10 MIN EARLY .

-you have a 10 min grace period. 15 mins late $15 late fee, 20min canceled no exceptions.

-You can reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time through email. If there is an issue within 24 hours contact me personally.

-STYLES other than “middle or side part, with curls or flat iron will be extra & price varies! CRIMPS OR WAND CURLS EXTRA$20

- appointments made outside of booking site are an extra $30. Holidays are an extra $40.

-NO KIDS ALLOWED at this time  only one guest per client and they are welcomed to sit in WAITING AREA , not inside hair room.
