Cancellation Policy
Deposit will NOT be refunded unless, I CANCEL you. Cancellations or no shows for same day will be charged 30% of appointment cost. 15 mins late $15 late fee, 30 min late $30 late fee or cancellation. 2x cancellation, no further booking. You can reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time through the site. If there is an issue within 24 hours contact me personally, as i understand things happen. SAME DAY WILL BE CHARGED NO EXCEPTIONS. Styles other than “middle or side part, with curls or flat iron will be extra & price varies! appointments after 9pm on Thursday & Friday are an extra $30. Holidays are an extra $40. NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED at this time.
